Yeah, (ref comment above) Sponsored Stories were pretty sucky for me.
It only works if you know for fact or at the very least done some snooping on your fans first.

And also, you do realise you can moderate posts before they are posted don’t you?
All you do is change the default way that posts appear to “hidden”. under setting>Manage permissions on your Facebook.
By default, FB will show them as soon as they are posted, but if you change that to hidden, it means only you can choose whether to show it or not.
